Grilled Steak with a
Mustard/Jalapeno Wine Sauce
2 pieces 8-10 oz shell steak (or cut of your choice)
1 cup white wine sauce (see archived recipe)
2 – 3 tablespoons coarse mustard
1 small jalapeno pepper-cut into a fine dice
1 tablespoon heavy cream
Season steak with salt and pepper and grill until desired doneness.
In a saucepan add (or make) wine sauce. Add mustard and jalapeno,
stir and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add cream and cook a minute more
until all is blended and thickened. Serve over steak.
