Warm spaghetti with a cold sesame peanut sauce

1 lb. spaghetti
½ cup smooth peanut butter
½ cup water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
1 clove minced garlic
4 tablespoons chopped scallions
Pinch or two of cayenne pepper
Pinch or two of crushed red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook pasta according to package directions and drain
In the meantime, mix all ingredients in a large bowl with a wire whisk until all is incorporated and smooth. Toss with the pasta and serve.
