A No Bake Decadent Dessert/ Ice Cream/Chocolate Cake Parfait

In a large parfait/wine glass, layer the following ingredients---or a combo of your favorite. You’ll get the idea real quick. Get inspired and dig in!

A tablespoon or two of fresh seasonal berries

A small piece of chocolate cake

A spoonful of vanilla ice cream

Repeat the above.

Finish with a splash of rum or brandy, a sprinkle of espresso grinds, a bit of whipped cream and a sprig of fresh mint.
