Book a private group cooking class for you and your friends in my demonstration kitchen (in Ridgefield, CT) or yours...
...all for less than dinner at a fine restaurant and a lot more fun
Chef Silvia's group cooking classes are for 3 or more people. They can
include anywhere from 3-5 courses with accompanying wines.
After cooking each course, we all sit and dine on our creations
before returning to the kitchen to begin the next course---This way,
no one is ever hungry for long and the evening has a fun, easy,
flow.
Though each menu and class are custom-designed for you, most classes
will fall into the following categories:
3-8 people....$200/hour
9-12 people....$250/hour
13-16 people....300/hour
17-20 people....$350/hour
20-23 people...$400/hour
Over 23...$450/hour
All classes have a 3 hour minimum.
Prices do not include cost of food and wine which is added at
actual cost. For 8 or more, please add a gratuity of 12% to
cover the cost of an assistant
Note: If class is held at your
location, there will be an additional travel cost for any location
beyond a 20 mile radius of Ridgefield, CT
